Bun Brown

2008, Bun returns to his blues roots appearing with East Bay Blue one of the areas top "party" bands. A Michigan native, Bun began
performing at age 13. Throughout high school and college, he appeared in a variety of pop, rock, and heavy metal bands
as a guitarist, bassist, and drummer but always returned to his favorite instrument, the bass guitar. During the 1980s,
Bun performed with several well known area country folk-rock, and rock-a-billy bands including the Whiskey River Band
and the Crocket-Newsom Band. During the years 2001 through 2005, Bun discovered his blues roots while performing with several outstanding
rhythm and blues bands including: Kathy and the Rhythm Doctors, Code Blue, and the Bacon & Eggs Blues Band. During 2006 and
2007, Bun performed nearly 70 shows with Big Rand & Co. a 70's "Classic Rock" Band featuring music from such artists as: ZZ Top, AC/DC,
CCR, Cream, Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, Beatles, The Who, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bob Seger, Jimi Hendrix, Bad Co.
The Doors, Alice Cooper, John Meloncamp, Peter Frampton, and Brian Adams to mention just a few...
