Fractional Executive Roles

A fractional executive is hired by a company to fill an executive role for a “fraction” of full-time work, working more like a consultant and eliminating the costs of long-term commitments, high-end salaries, and all the employee benefits that come with a job.

I have extensive experience as an Executive and Business Owner. My experience as a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, combined with my education from Harvard Business School in Sustainable Business Strategy and Disruptive Innovation, positions me to be effective in fractional executive roles.

Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

The primary purpose for fractional CMOs is for companies who can't justify the expense of a full-time CMO or where hiring a full-time CMO doesn't make sense, but who need an experienced marketing strategist to elevate their company, renew or redefine their brand, launch a new product or meet growth goals.

Get the strategic marketing leadership you need for a fraction of the cost. I enjoy working directly with the CEO and other Executive Leadership Team members while leading staff and contractors in their marketing roles and responsibilities.

Fractional Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO)

Hiring a Fractional CSO gives companies flexibility in their sustainability staffing, while leaving more budget for implementing and executing sustainability programs and initiatives. The Fractional CSO is primed for companies that need executive leadership and want to focus their spending on a better spread of planning, execution, communication, and reporting.

I'm personally passionate about sustainability and have the business experience to connect the dots to how sustainability improves profitability. I enjoy working with a company's operations, legal, and marketing leaders to merge sustainability into the business model.

Fractional Chief Impact Officer (CIO)

The Chief Impact Officer is an up and coming role in the C-Suite. Responsible for a company's overall environmental and social impact, Chief Impact Officers are becoming more critical for the Executive Leadership Team's vision in an evolving economy.

My perspective and experience as a former CEO and CMO with education in sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion position me to serve companies effectively as a Fractional Chief Impact Officer. Many companies do not need a full-time CIO but could benefit immensely from a fractional leader in the role.
