ABOUT ME
My purpose is to use my leadership strengths to create more love, happiness, and prosperity.
It didn’t come to me overnight. I discovered it through deep work with my leadership coach, Vance Caesar, and through meaningful conversations with peers in a CEO group who challenged me to look inward.
That purpose has remained steady as my roles have evolved. I’ve been a founder, a CEO, a CMO, a coach, a husband, a father, and a guide. No matter the role, that core purpose continues to guide me.
Today, I get to help others do the same. In the CEO peer group I lead and in the companies I guide through Pinnacle, I work with leaders to uncover their Core Purpose.
When that clarity clicks into place, something powerful happens. Alignment strengthens, confidence rises, and leadership becomes more grounded and energizing.
